I joined Nufarm after spending over 30 years in the agriculture business with leadership roles at UPL, Arysta and Syngenta.  I started my career as a development agronomist moving to sales, marketing and management roles in the UK and overseas,  I am based in Norfolk and excited to lead the team to deliver our quality products and develop novel solutions to our channel partners

My entire career to date has been in UK Agriculture, with experience ranging from laboratory R&D, field trials and on farm agronomy in UK distribution before moving to Nufarm. I am proud to be Nufarm Country Manager for UK & Ireland I believe that my breadth and depth of knowledge of UK Agriculture will help in establishing Nufarm as a key partner to develop solutions that best meet the needs of our customers including using technology to make doing business with Nufarm a better experience than our competitors.

Joining Nufarm is a new challenge for me and very exciting times for the company with the acquisition of an interesting portfolio of new products.

Following earlier trials and R&D roles, I worked for over 10 years providing crop protection technical support to farmers and agronomists alike, before joining Nufarm in 2019.

 

I continue to enjoy working with growers and advisors in my role as Agronomy Manager.  Together with the rest of the Nufarm team, I look forward to meeting the many and varied challenges facing the industry through further development of established products and introducing new solutions for the future.

Following an extensive career in Crop Protection, I moved to Nufarm in Spring 2018 because it was very obvious that this company was on a steep upward trajectory.
I am based in the West as Agronomy Manager and I am keen to develop and support Nufarm’s great range of Grassland and Arable products.

This knowledge was developed further when I worked for world’s largest fertilizer company. I joined Nufarm in 1998 to introduce and develop the Nufarm Brand in the UK Crop and non-crop markets. Although starting off small, over the past 20 Years, Nufarm has built great relationships and benefited from excellent support from our channel partners as we have grown in both our portfolio of products and our agronomic application range. I have thoroughly enjoyed, and feel privileged, to work with this group of professionals.

I have worked at Nufarm since 2013. Working in the regulatory team has many challenges. Our team are involved with a range of sectors of the business, including product development, supply chain, production, commercial and stewardship It is a rewarding experience when you see a product you have helped take through the registration process there on the farm ready to be used. Nufarm are a great company to work for, the team here are friendly and supportive and the company offer staff opportunities to grow, learn new skills and develop.
