Nufarm seeks to facilitate positive impact in the communities in which we live and operate.

As Australian Through & Through, Nufarm’s team members live and participate in regional communities and understand the issues of connectivity, remoteness, physical and mental health and the importance of community. Through our partnerships, we are committed to ensuring these communities thrive.

We’re proud to present some of our industry partnerships, causes and projects.

Supporting Are you bogged mate?

Partnering with the important program “Are you bogged mate?”

Are you bogged mate? aims to boost awareness and start a conversation with the broader community about the rising issue of depression and suicide rates among men in rural areas. Confronting the challenges that country men face on a daily basis, talking about mental health, and lighting the path to support.

Nufarm is proudly supporting this important grass-roots initiative.

Supporting Active Farmers

Contributing to Active Farmers through sponsorship

Active Farmers has grown since its humble beginnings. In 2015 in Mangoplah, Southern NSW, Ginny Stevens founded Active Farmers to bring the entire community together through regular group fitness classes in a fun and interactive environment. The classes were designed to mimic the ‘team sport effect’ and create a sense of community and belonging.

A partnership with Grain Producers Australia

Partnering with GPA on industry issues, products and stewardship that are important to grain growers.

Nufarm is proud to support GPA’s initiative Farmer Mates Mental Health Program together with Lifeline and Rural Aid.

Whether you farm, work, live or play in a regional or rural area, our new partnership aims to help boost mental health awareness and prevent suicides in your community.
Australian cricketing legend Brad Hogg, who hails from a WA wheat-belt family, is the inaugural ambassador of our Farmer Mates Mental Health program.
This program will allow us to extend Brad’s work as an Ambassador for Lifeline WA, breaking down the stigma around mental health, and reach more farmers and regional communities across Australia.

A partnership with Western AG's Supporting Communities

Supporting communities with the Community DeFib Project by Western AG.

With a focus on supporting safety and wellbeing in the 13 regional farming communities in which Western AG operates, 2022 kicks off with the supply and installation of critical defibrillators in places selected by the communities.

The 2022 Community DeFib Project is an important contribution to the safety of these communities and Nufarm is proudly joining Western AG in the installation, promotion and community engagement for this initiative.

Industry stewardship with the National Farmers Federation
